is the minimum quantity that can be ordered?
While we normally produce in quantities of 2,500 pieces or greater,
individual circumstances can vary. If your not sure if you have
a large enough order, please call us. We'll be happy to review your
needs.
What
factors affect the cost?
The cost depends on several factors - the actual tool you selected,
the scale, the packaging and more can affect your final cost.
What
is the average lead time for an order?
While we typically quote 90-120 days of lead time after approved
art, there is some flexibility in our scheduling.
Who
creates the art & what is the cost?
Once you supply the logo, we take over from there. At no cost to
you, we will provide the artwork that combines your logo and design
with our product for a prestigious collectible.
What
art is required and in what format does the art need to be in?
We ask that your logo be supplied in an Illustrator or Freehand
format. If your not sure if you have that, call us. We'll be happy
to work through your art needs with you.
How
long does it take for us to get artwork back from you?
From the time that we have your logo, you can estimate two to three
weeks time for getting your initial artwork for your collectible.
