| As
the leader in NASCAR Trading Cards, Press Pass continues the tradition
of bringing collectors closer to the action in 2002. Press Pass has
several exciting programs that will be unveiled during the year, including
a new product, new race-used memorabilia, and a one-of-a-kind contest.
Press
Pass 2002 is the first of seven Press Pass products that will be
released in 2002. The successful memorabilia programs that debuted
in 2001, Double Burner, Triple Burner, and Total Memorabilia will
return in 2002 launching in Press Pass 2002. These coveted cards
will be randomly inserted throughout all seven 2002 Press Pass releases.
The
second product released in 2002 is the stand-alone Wheels brand,
2002 Wheels High Gear. It is highlighted by its own unique Wheels
Authentic Autograph set, Flag Chasers, and the new Flag Chasers
Power Pick Contest. Collectors will have the chance to win a one-of-a-kind
autographed checkered flag in the Flag Chasers Power Pick contest.
The flag features the Wheels High Gear logo in the center, and is
signed by many of NASCAR's top drivers. Entry cards are found exclusively
in packs of Wheels High Gear.
Shortly
after the 2002 NASCAR season gets under way, Press Pass debuts its
new premium product, 2002 Press Pass Eclipse. Eclipse promises all
the fun and excitement collectors have come to expect from Press
Pass, along will all-new memorabilia cards to chase. The new line
of event-used memorabilia cards found in Eclipse is called Under
Cover and Double Cover. Under Cover features a swatch of each driver's
car cover used during the 2001 season. Double Cover pairs teammates
on the same card with their car covers. Also featured in Eclipse,
are 2002 Press Pass Autographs (These cards are only available in
Press Pass 2002 and 2002 Press Pass Eclipse).
Follow
the 2002 NASCAR season from start to finish with the remaining five
2002 Press Pass releases: Press Pass Premium, Press Pass Trackside,
Press Pass VIP, Press Pass Stealth and Press Pass Optima. The popular
autograph series, Press Pass Signings will be featured throughout
all five releases. In addition, each product will include its own
unique race-used memorabilia program.
