FLAG CHASERS POWER PICK CONTEST
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1) HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By submitting an entry form, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. To enter the Flag Chasers Power Pick contest, legibly print your name, complete address with zip code and telephone number on a 3 x 5 index card or Official Entry card included in 2003 Wheels High Gear brand and mail the entry card in an envelope to: Racing Champions Collectibles, 2003 FLAG CHASERS, 9115 Harris Corners Pkwy, Ste 200, Charlotte, NC 28269. You may enter as often as you wish, but only one entry per household, per day, per envelope, mailed separately. All entry forms must be received by 6/1//03. The Winner will be randomly selected and notified by 7/1/03. R C Ertl, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, stolen, or postage due mail.

2) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. All entries must comply with the Official Rules to be considered for eligibility. The Flag Chasers Power Pick Contest is open to U.S. and Canada residents only. The Flag Chasers Power Pick Contest is void in Puerto Rico and Quebec province, and where otherwise prohibited by law. If it is determined that an entrant is ineligible to enter, or has violated the Official Rules, the entrant will be disqualified. Entrants cannot be an employee or immediate family member of R C Ertl, Inc. An immediate family member shall be defined as a brother, sister, husband, wife, son or daughter, or anyone living in the household of the employee. All entry forms become the property of R C Ertl, Inc. and will not be returned. Any attempt to forge contest materials and correspondence, or defraud R C Ertl, Inc. in any way will result in disqualification and be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by law.

3) HOW TO WIN. Eligible entrants will be randomly selected from all entries received by 6/1/03. Only one winner will be selected from all eligible entries. Winner will be selected and notified by 7/1/03. The odds of winning the Flag Chasers Power Pick Contest is based on the total number of eligible entrants.

4) PRIZE. The Winner will receive an autographed Wheels High Gear flag signed by top drivers. Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. R C Ertl reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

5) CLAIMING PRIZES. The winner will be notified no later than 7/1/03. Upon receipt of notification, the winner will have ninety (90) days to claim his or her prize. The winner will be required to provide his or her Social Security number and execute and an affidavit of eligibility and release or the prize may be forfeited. Valid photo identification may be required to claim the prize. Any prize not claimed by the winner after 90 days shall be forfeited. R C Ertl, Inc., at its sole discretion, may or may not choose an alternative winner.

6) OTHER RULES. The Flag Chasers Power Pick Contest is sponsored by R C Ertl, Inc. All decisions made by R C Ertl, Inc. management concerning this contest are final. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated with any prize won. Winner shall also grant R C Ertl, Inc. and it's partners the right to use the winners name in the promotion of this contest or similar contests. R C Ertl shall have the right to amend or change the rules during the contest to address any situation not covered by the rules. Any rule not legal in the state of Delaware shall be determined to be void, with the rest of the contest rules to remain intact.

BE THE KING FOR A DAY CONTEST

Grand Prize is the King's Experience (ARV $1199). Winners will be selected and notified by 5/15/03. The odds of winning the BE THE KING FOR A DAY contest are based on the total number of eligible entrants.

4) PRIZES. 20 Grand Prizes(Kings Experience ARV $1199 each) and 55 other prizes(ARV of each prize ranges from $75 to $125). Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. R C Ertl reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

4) PRIZES. Each winner will receive one of five complete sets of all memorabilia cards (both hobby and retail versions) of a single driver/team produced under the 2003 Press Pass product line. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. R C Ertl reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

5) CLAIMING PRIZES. Winners will be notified no later than 2/12/04. Upon receipt of notification, winners will have 90 days to claim their prize.
